Paris va \u00eatre magnifique <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">!\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Engag\u00e9e dans le collectif <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le revers de la m\u00e9daille<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Utopia 56 reste sceptique quant \u00e0 cette d\u00e9claration, \u00e9tant plut\u00f4t inqui\u00e8te du <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">risque d\u2019exclusion sociale<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que repr\u00e9sente cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement international.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes \u00e9ditions des Jeux ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 le \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">nettoyage social\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> : <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">expulsions forc\u00e9es<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de populations en situation de logement informel et pr\u00e9caire, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">\u00e9loignement des personnes en situation de rue<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">ou consid\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00ab ind\u00e9sirables \u00bb<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dans l\u2019espace public, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">bouleversement de la circulation rendant impossible le maintien de certains dispositifs sociaux<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ou entravant leur acc\u00e8s\u2026\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">e m\u00eame sch\u00e9ma se r\u00e9p\u00e8te d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 Paris<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> : Utopia 56 observe une nette <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">hausse des expulsions de campements<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\"> sur lesquels survivent les personnes exil\u00e9es<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> lesquels donnent syst\u00e9matiquement lieu \u00e0 des d\u00e9placements en r\u00e9gion, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">sans solution d&#8217;h\u00e9bergement p\u00e9renne<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pour une partie d\u2019entre elles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">multipliant ces alertes<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> au<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Comit\u00e9 d\u2019Organisation des Jeux Olympiques <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(COJO) \u00e0 la Pr\u00e9fecture de Police et \u00e0 la Pr\u00e9fecture de Paris et d&#8217;\u00cele-de-France, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">le collectif <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Le revers de la m\u00e9daille<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\"> \u0153uvre \u00e0 ce qu\u2019un r\u00e9el dispositif de prise en charge de la question sociale soit mis en place<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ainsi, nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7us ce vendredi 16 f\u00e9vrier par le COJO, afin de leur proposer quatre <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">\u00a0engagements concrets<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pour <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">limiter l\u2019impact n\u00e9gatif<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de ces Jeux et construire, main dans la main avec les associations, un <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">h\u00e9ritage social positif<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Nous leur avons demand\u00e9 :\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">engagement public<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en mati\u00e8re de lutte contre l\u2019exclusion de Paris 2024.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La \u2060mise en place d\u2019un <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">fonds de solidarit\u00e9 \u201colympique\u201d<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, abond\u00e9 par les sponsors et leurs fondations, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">\u00e0 destination des acteurs associatifs<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pour financer la continuit\u00e9, l\u2019adaptation et la mise en place des dispositifs sociaux avant, pendant et apr\u00e8s les JO.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un v\u00e9ritable <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">plaidoyer <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de leur part<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\"> sur l\u2019h\u00e9bergement des personnes \u00e0 la rue aupr\u00e8s des services de l\u2019\u00c9tat,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> afin que <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">7 000 places d\u2019h\u00e9bergement<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> soient ouvertes en \u00cele-de-France et que soit cr\u00e9\u00e9 un <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">centre d\u2019accueil humanitaire<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jouer le r\u00f4le de<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\"> facilitateur aupr\u00e8s des interlocuteurs,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> notamment aupr\u00e8s du Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Int\u00e9rieur, de la pr\u00e9fecture de police et de la pr\u00e9fecture d\u2019\u00cele-de-France.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bien qu\u2019ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9cout\u00e9s, <\/span><b>aucun engagement concret n\u2019a pour l\u2019instant \u00e9t\u00e9 pris<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> par le COJO.
